This is one of the best cold reliefs for pain and sport injuries, with the added flexibility that it can be worn in so many different ways. The ice pack gels are super awesome, it does not freeze solid and is very easy to adjust to any body part.

Fantastic ice pack for medical post operation rehab! The strapping provided has various lengths making it really versatile. The two ice packs freeze into a gel form and last 1 hr without losing its coldness. Money well spent.

The recovery pack can be strapped around any part of the body while still being able to be used as a stand alone pack for your arm, leg, shoulder or back. I highly recommend this ice pack!

This ice pack works like a bomb! Just had a hip replacement. The gel cold packs mould around the joint and the fabric is soft and stops the ice from burning. Great product!

Flexice wraps work for most injuries, including sports and post-surgical recovery. For head or serious injuries, it’s best to check with your doctor before using.

Apply for a maximum of 20 minutes per hour, or as directed by your medical professional. For muscle injuries, use up to 8 times on the first day, then 3–4 times daily after that. We suggest seeing a physio by day 3.

They can double as compression bandages, helping support the injured area even when not using cold therapy.

Cold reduces pain, swelling, and inflammation. When the wrap is removed, your body increases blood flow to the area, which helps speed up recovery.

Flexice wraps are trusted by orthopedic surgeons for post-surgery recovery and are also used by breastfeeding mothers to ease pain and reduce swelling.

Keep the ice packs in the freezer so they’re always ready for use, especially handy for unexpected injuries.

You can keep them in the freezer indefinitely—they’re designed for long-term use.

No problem, just make sure it’s sealed in its original plastic holder to protect the fabric from moisture.
